Ellen Solomons

Jewelry Designer, Instructor

Ellen R Solomons, is a 20 year resident of Sarasota, has been teaching at Jewelry Design Center for 5 years. She has an extensive background in jewelry design and fabrication from the University of Connecticut, University of Georgia and Massachusetts College of Art. She is a certified teacher of Precious Metal Clay.

Ellen’s work has been published by Lark Books and Beadwork magazine. She won Best in Show at Beadwork Magazine and has also received 2 Blue Ribbons from Bead and Button Magazine.

Ellen teaches a wide variety of classes with a focus on current styles and techniques. Her classes are open to students of all levels.
